Q: What are the forms of payment accepted in your facility?

    A: GameTime accepts all major credit cards and cash for special events. Personal checks are not accepted as payment. For corporate events, corporate checks are accepted.

Q: What is the deposit required to book my party?

    A: An online booking deposit of 50% of the base package selected is required to guarantee your party. The deposit will be applied toward your party. Full payment will be due on the day of the party. We do not accept Diner’s Club or personal checks.

Q: Can I cancel my event and receive my deposit back?

    A: Events that are canceled 7 days before the event is scheduled are eligible for a deposit refund (limitations apply for any special products ordered).
     A: Events that are canceled 4 days before the event is scheduled are eligible for the deposit to be apply as store credit.
     A: Unfortunately, cannot be canceled within the last 4 days leading up to the event for any credit or refund.
